The 2018 Bloomington Labor Day Parade begins Monday, September 3rd at 10 AM on Front Street, then marches west to Lee Street, south on Lee to Wood Street, and west on Wood to the north entrance of Miller Park. (See map below)
This year’s parade theme is: “Your Voice – Your Vote.” The annual parade, Bloomington’s largest, features union marching groups, construction equipment, high school bands, community organizations and elected officials and aspirants for office.
WBNQ will be handing out free candy from EASTLAND DENTAL CENTER : “Sweets are a treat, but remember to brush and floss your teeth!”
U.S. Senator Dick Durbin is expected to be a special guest in the parade this year.
