This Diet Friendly Ice Cream Company Just Changed The Game AGAIN!

HaloTop.com

Halo Top ice cream is made to be healthier for you. Now they are introducing popsicles!

There will be four flavors of Halo Top Pops: Mint Chip, Peanut Butter Swirl, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Strawberry Cheesecake.
The pops are 50 to 60 calories each with 7 to 10 grams of protein. You’ll be able to find them in select regional stores later this month. IF you haven’t heard about the phenomenon of Halo Top, let me just say that one full pint of their brand, has around the same calories as 1/2 cup of most others. And the flavors are great!

How do they cut the calories compared to so many other brands? It’s in the sugar.

From Halotop.com:

In short, we use organic stevia. Stevia is a plant native to Paraguay that’s been used to sweeten foods and beverages for more than 200 years. And, because it’s so tasty, we use it as a sugar replacement. We also use Erythritol, which though it has a rather scientific-sounding name, is actually another sweetener found in fruits like pears and grapes. Though it’s technically a sugar alcohol, it’s unlike the others because erythritol doesn’t affect blood glucose or cause bloating.

Halo Top also offers non dairy-vegan/soy free pints of happiness, which I hope will someday come in popsicle form too. I love the taste, and it is not completely guilt free, but it makes it possible to still have ice cream and keep healthy!
