Britney Spears was in court on Friday trying to get a judge to give her more freedom and make changes to her conservatorship.

Spears told the judge her father, Jamie Spears, sent her to a treatment facility against her will and made her take drugs, her mother’s lawyer is agreeing with the allegations.

Under the conservatorship Jamie doesn’t have the authority to forcefully commit Britney to treatment, however, if the facility kept Britney against her will, it’s considered a crime.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Britney has done an about-face, now telling the judge her father, Jamie Spears, committed her to a mental health facility a month ago against her will and also forced her to take drugs. We’re also told Lynne Spears’ lawyer echoed the allegation.

TMZ has also reported that Britney is currently in a mental health crisis, and her Mother wants to have a judge make her ex husband Jamie include her in future health decisions.

As we reported, Britney is not doing well after her 30-day stay at a mental health facility. As we told you, her meds stopped working and doctors have been unable to find the right combination of drugs. As one source said, “Britney is making bad decisions and it’s a problem.”

The judge is calling for an expert to examine Britney and has issued no changes in the conservatorship, with Jamie’s declining health it’s still uncertain how this will all play out, but the family is surely at odds over it.

Looks like a family war is underway yet again, but we all want Britney to be free and OK.
