What do you do when you need a service animal but are allergic to dogs?
Mini Service horse!
A miniature horse that caught an American Airlines flight with its owner is going viral after surprised fellow passengers shared their amusement on social media.
The horse, named Flirty, is a service animal belonging to passenger Abrea Hensley, who chronicles the equine’s adventures on an Instagram page titled Flirty the Mini Service Horse.American Airlines’ regulations stipulate mini horses are among the animals allowed on flights if they are service animals. Hensley said Flirty helps her with medical alerts and mobility issues. Yes, mini horses can be potty trained, and Ms. Henlsey was only on a 90 minute flight from Chicago to Omaha.
Here is a great picture of Flirty and the flight crew from our return flight! They absolutely loved Flirty. pic.twitter.com/QfavxFj0B2

There is a FAQ section on Flirty’s Instagram page. First question is “Why a Service Horse instead of a Dog”???

FYI, I LOVE mini horses, as my brother has a few at his place in Nashville. They will sit on your lap like dogs and live inside easily.
