Did you hear all of the fans scream simultaneously this morning at around 9:30/10 CST? That’s because Netflix just confirmed that You will return for a third season!!!!
And YES, both Joe and Love will be back for season 3.
If you haven’t watched, and by that I mean started AND finished Season 3, spoiler alert warning past this point!
So, my friends and I have theories.
I’ve been wrapped up in the world of Joe Goldberg and his Los Angeles adventures with Love. Of course, the moment that everyone is talking about most seems to be the cliffhanger ending with the neighbor, which has spawned a TON of theories about who SHE is!
I’ve got a few.

Joe’s Mom – I mean they spent so much time re-hashing his childhood and what life with his mom was like in season 2, plus we now all pretty much blame her for the fact that he’s a loveable, psycho stalker, who just happens to kill people (out of love or for their own protection) from time to time. Now, in a recent interview, “supposedly” Penn Badgley who plays Joe tell us that theory is wrong, but maybe I’m just too smart and he’s trying to throw me off.

Beck – Despite all the evidence that Beck is definitely 100% completely and totally dead, maybe she’s not. Tons of fans aren’t convinced either. Plus the fact that the woman was reading a book, which is very Beck, at the cliffhanger ending has people questioning her existence on this earth or the heavenly one.

The Nanny – it’s a fan theory I read about, which could have some basis to it. Maybe Love didn’t actually kill the nanny that was taking advantage of forty. I mean we thought Candace was dead in Season 1, and wouldya look at that…she lives!
If it’s none of the above, whoever it is better beef up their security and fix that damn fence cuz Joe Goldberg is in town…
Also, we have to wait until 2021…BOO! Well, until then…
