Canadian Idol Contestant May Be A Member of Al Qaeda ... A former Canadian Idol contestant, named Khuram Sher, was arrested yesterday after being linked to an Ottawa al-Qaeda terror cell. The Toronto Star says Sher auditioned in Montreal, where he sang a bad rendition of Avril Lavigne's "Complicated".

Terrifying moment when a pilot nearly lost his life after the wing of his plane snapped off mid-air. But Argentine pilot Dino Moline managed to activate the plane's ballistic parachute - walking away from the crash with just a burnt foot.
