I admit it: I like to make fun of Justin Bieber.  It's not cause he's not talented or anything, it's just that he's so...nice.  And Canadian.  Even when he does something stupid, it's cute, not annoying or criminal.

So, I have to give the man his props when he does something particularly awesome: before his concert last night in Milwaukee, The Biebz took time to hang out with 4-year-old named Hailey Roser. Hailey’s battling a brain tumor, and after her parents launched a social media campaign called “Healing Hailey,” one of her followers called TMZ to spread the word about the little girl. TMZ called up Justin’s manager, and with the approval of her doctors, Hailey was able to go to the show and meet her hero.

Afterwards, Hailey tweeted, “Dreams come true #believe.”
