After many starts-and-stops, the new version of the Lone Ranger coming to the big screen after all.

 

It's just a teaser, but it gives you a brief look at Johnny Depp as Tonto (billed now as "a Native American spirit warrior") and Armie Hammer as The Masked Man. 

 

The marketing materials have a unique look and the fact that Tonto has top billing has a lot of people upset, but at least they're trying to do their own take on the character... and, frankly, when was the last time that you cared about a movie who's giant set piece was a train? That alone should count for something
