I'm all for romance when it comes to proposing, but it does require a bit of thought.  For example, proposing on the beach is certainly romantic, particularly when you do it right around sunset, but you really need to make sure it isn't high tide.  You'll see why in this video.

I do give them a lot of credit for rolling with it.
