And don’t say you aren’t buying her albums, because we aren’t buying THAT either! Swifty’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” has gone back to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart for a third week at number one and now has the  looooooooooongest running number one streak in the past 32 years.

That means it’s the country song that has been at the top of the charts for the longest time since Kenny Rogers “Lady” back in 1980.

Not only that, but it is also the longest lead by a woman since Debby Boone’s ‘You Light Up My Life’ in 1977. Only four other country songs have ever led the Hot 100: Dolly Parton’s ’9 to 5′, Kenny Rogers/Dolly Parton ‘Islands In The Stream’, Lonestar’s ‘Amazed’, and Carrie Underwood’s ‘Inside Your Heaven.’
