This a promo for the new iPad Mini that Apple banned, but I got it for you because I have internet am actually a spy.  Personally I wasn't all the impressed with the iPad Mini - and I'm becomming quite the Apple addict - so I find this promo to be pretty spot on and brilliant, which is why Apple doesn't want you to see it.
