I saw "follow back" on a Twitter page the other day and it got me thinking... if you have to mention any version of the words "follow" and/or "back" in your description, you might as well just say that you don't post interesting tweets.

I don't remember seeing "teacm follow back" on BarackObama or @taylorswift13 and they seem to be doing fine.
