This is a woman named Laura Safe (seriously) who really needs to look up while texting her boyfriend.  Because she didn't, she ended up falling into a freezing cold canal.  If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times: DON'T TEXT AND WALK AT THE SAME TIME.  Or drive and text.  You know what?  If you're going to text, wait until you're literally doing nothing else, then sit down, THEN text.  If you don't, you'll end up on the internet and no one wants that.
