Here is my personal review video of the resort while it was still transitioning from another company to AM Resorts Sunscape in March of 2016. They were working quickly to repaint and remodel the entire resort, which was a very large project. Now that they have completed the upgrades, this location, with crystal clear ocean water and private protected national marine park beaches, will soon become the top choice on the island for a family friendly vacation. (So let’s go before the price goes way up!)
I really cant express how much I enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this location. Nobody was ever selling anything on the beach, or trying to hard sell you an adventure outside the resort, it was just an easy and fun vacation. The spa was great, the food service folks were smiling all the time, and everybody was happy to stop and chat because they are so pleased you are seeing their lovely home. Yes, getting out to explore the island is a recommendation. But it is much more fun if you do that with a group of friends, which we will become if you travel with us in January.
