Can Someone Tell Me Why My Shoes Are Squeaking?

So, here’s the deal. When I wear any socks other than those tiny little no-show, ballet slipper looking ones, my shoes sound like this…

Am I doing something wrong? I’ve put some foot powder in there, with no luck. I’m having a hard time here.
