In an interview with GQ magazine Nick Jonas mentioned that he is teaming up with Creative Recreation to design his own line of footwear.
He is working on a six-piece low top and high top collection. For Nick the perfect shoe is a balance of form and functionality, something he brought to this collection.
Nick Jonas said, “some of the shoes in my line are based off of pre-existing styles, but I’ve taken them, and flipped them to given them my personal touch. And I designed them with an eye toward where I’m going, not only as an actor and musician and performer, but as a creative person.”
What else is he doing? Well, he’s on the soundtrack for the forthcoming 50 Shades of Grey sequel, he’s currently filming season three of his Direct TV series Kingdom, and he’ll be starring in the film Jumanji, out later this year. So he’ll need some comfortable shoes.
