Operation Santa 2017 With WBNQ

WBNQ is proud to once again support Operation Santa!

Operation Santa has been sending hand made stockings filled with comfort items to Actively Deployed Military since 2005. It is the largest stocking drive in the nation with volunteers from all 50 states. Over the next month and a half, stocking will be stuffed with donated items and shipped to all branches of our Armed Forces serving around the world, including Combat Support Hospitals, and K-9 Units. Over the years, Operation Santa has sent over 245,000 stockings to troops deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, South Korea, Kuwait, Bosnia, and more.

Once again they are asking for your help to make donations for our Armed Forces men & women!

Here are some examples of items they are looking for:

  • Lip Balm
  • Snack-size bags
  • Beef Jerky
  • White socks (Men and Women)
  • Hand wipes
  • Twizzlers/Rick Krispie Treats
  • Pocket pack of tissue
  • Single serve instant soup
  • Small game books
  • Granola bars
  • Toothbrush/Travel Toothpaste
  • Dental Floss
  • Travel Deodorant
  • Foot Powder
  • Computer games or DVDs
  • Chewing gum, hard candy or breath mints
  • Hot cocoa

Their mission is to give joy to as many service members possible serving far from home this holiday season.  If you have a loved one serving overseas, you can also submit his/her name, address and how many are serving in his/her company, to be included on the list for shipping.
