I only subscribe to about 5 YouTube Channels that I actually watch (Honestly, I just hate signing in).Yet, BAD LIP READING is always at the top of my watch list because the creator is given wonderful accidental comedy, which he enhances for our viewing pleasure. After you watch a few minutes of just one of their videos, you will be searching for the next one, and the another, and then “just ONE more” before you get back to having a life.
The Bad Lip Reading YouTube channel has now amassed over 7 million subscribers and over 1 BILLION views across its videos. The creator STILL declines to identify himself. The most popular video in their collection as of August 27th, 2018 is a set of scenes Yoda and Luke from Star Wars – The Empire Strikes Back. (70 million views and counting).. Careful now, you will have a seagulls song in your head all day after watching it.

In a Rolling Stone interview, the producer behind the Bad Lip Reading videos said that he first encountered the technique of lip reading when his mother, then in her 40s, lost her hearing due to unknown causes. While she excelled at lip reading, he was unable to pick up the skill despite trying: “I was terrible at it.”
This mystery man’s inability to read lips properly, has become my number 1 guilty pleasure on You Tube. Enjoy!
