Driver’s in Australia may be the first to experience emoji license plates, but I feel like it’s only a matter of time before they are available in the United States, because why not.
Personalizing license plates is going to be taken to a whole new level in Queensland, Australia as emoji’s are now an option, and will be available through the state’s official license plate vendor on March 1st.
Not only can drivers choose emoji’s, but their plates can include colors, themes, and even sports team logos, so emojis are obviously the next natural step.
However, there are some restrictions…only one emoji can be used per plate, and they can only choose from five emojis: tears of joy face (otherwise known as laugh crying), sunglasses emoji, winking emoji, smiling emoji, and heart-eyes emoji.
What, no eggplants, or peaches?
All I gotta say is, I’m in! When can we get these here in the US?!
