Diplo is dropping hints about a Beyonce and Major Lazer collaboration.
“I heard rumors about a Beyonce & Major Lazer collab,” Diplo tweeted at 4 am on July 17th, he ended the tweet with a Lion emoji.
There’s no word that the supposed track would be featured on Beyonce’s upcoming Lion King-inspired album, The Lion King: The Gift album, to be released this Friday (July 19th) to coincide with the movie release.
It’s not the first time, however, Major Lazer and Beyonce have crossed paths, Queen B sampled their debut hit “Pon De Floor” for her girls anthem, “Run The World (Girls)” Diplo also produced Beyonce’s hits, “Hold Up” and “All Night” from her Lemonade album.
