Gee, thanks a lot Winter. Gas Prices are expected to spike over the next few days.

Due to the unexpected Winter blast in Texas (that also knocked out a dozen refineries), gas prices are expected to spike 10 to 20 cents a gallon over the next few days.

GasBuddy said millions of barrels went offline because of the extreme cold in the south and gas demand has also been trying to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Expect the prices to go up over the next few weeks. Some experts say you can even expect prices to creep up to around $3.00 a gallon by Memorial Day.
