A New Way To Charcuterie

Red Lobster Introduces New Sea-Cuterie Board

  • Charcuterie (shar-KOO-ta-REE) is a specific term with origins reaching as far back as 15th century France; literally translated, it means “the products of a fancy pork butcher”. Modern charcuterie now often includes pork, beef, and lots of cheese, but the definition has widened to reflect a dish served throughout many cultures.
  • Red Lobster thinks it’s time for Sea-Cuterie boards!
  • The popular seafood chain is now offering fans a chance to build their own “Sea-cuterie” board, allowing them to mix and match ocean based favorites. Coconut shrimp, crab legs, bacon wrapped scallops are just a few of the options.
  • The board can be assembled over at RedLobster.com when customers select “Create Your Own Sea-cuterie.”
  • Fans are encouraged to create a Sea-cuterwreath and can show off their own using #RedLobsterCYOSeacuterie.
