Leah Marlene has made it through ANOTHER weekend of contestant cuts that were based on the public vote from fans online and through text, and she is now in the Top 7!!!!
Watch her performance of the incredibly heart tugging song “When She Loved Me” from the Disney movie “Toy Story 2″….
Saying her performance was perfection seems like such a big understatement. Everything from that moment was flawless, and at the end of the show, when it was time to announce who was making it to the next round, it was no surprise that Leah’s name was announced first.
Leah, a 2019 graduate of Normal West High School, was an honors student who participated in choir and drama, while also performing locally in a variety of venues and talent shows. She hsd created and recorded many original songs, including her latest release of her album ‘MANY COLORS’ which was released shortly after the episode showing her getting an American Idol golden ticket aired on ABC.
