We can all agree that Katy Perry has met a lot of fans, but this is an encounter that she’s not likely to forget. On Monday, September 28, Katy performed at the Rock In Rio festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and invited “not just another fan” to join her onstage.
The dazed fan, clad in a happy-face bustier and black shorts walked up on stage, embraced Katy … and then didn’t let go! She proceeded to (accidentally?) grab Katy’s breasts, and kiss her. She got especially handy when the star offered to take a selfie.
