A funny video has surfaced from China of a tourist terrified by a glass bridge above a cliff appearing to crack. We are laughing, but this guy has all rights to be deathly afraid because this bridge is hovering 3,800 in the air.
The terror comes from the illusion that the bridge is going to shatter from under your feet. To create the effect, bits of actual broken glass were placed under the sturdy glass floor, and a video screens that display fake cracks, with the sound of cracking glass wired in.
Although the view is gorgeous, I probably would opt out of this activity… fake or not.
