The City of Bloomington’s first venture into the golf business was Highland Park Golf Course. Built in the 1930’s, this golf course offers old, mature trees lining each fairway – making accuracy an absolute must on the 5,539 yard course. In addition to the narrow fairways, small greens make for a challenging round.

A hilly terrain with a beautiful creek meandering through the course make this a very scenic golf course. Highland Park Golf Course has served as the host course for the Illinois High School Association’s Girls State Championship. Golf Digest Places to Play has given Highland Park a 3 Star Rating. You are challenged to find a better value than that of Highland Park.
