When you are trying to stay in peak physical athletic condition, what do the big guys eat?

The NFL network took us through a very cool tour of the Washington Redskins training camp kitchen. Turns out, there have some really healthy options that look very tasty.

Mmmmm.

Now as the wife of a lifetime Chicago Bears fan,and now friend of Coach Nagy (see photo), I searched for what the Chicago Bears were eating this year. Turns out, they have that information on the down low, but they did have their final training camp practice in Bourbonnais the other day, and they looked pretty good. Including Coach Nagy’s arm!
