When Adele was going through her divorce she said her anxiety was terrible.
At one point I was having an anxiety attack and I called my best friend to try to talk to her to calm me down but she didn’t answer.
She ended up leaving a voicemail on her friend’s phone.
That voicemail will be featured on her new album, 30.
30 will be released on November 19th and focuses on the drama in her personal life.
I feel like this album is self-destruction, then self-reflection and then sort of self-redemption.
