R. Kelly has been given 10 charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse by the Cook County state’s attorney on Friday. Nine of the ten counts involve teens ages 14 to 16-years-old.

One of the cases involves four of the counts that Kelly is being charged with, there are 4 victims in this case. A no-bail warrant has been issued for his arrest, however, Kelly is expected to turn himself in on Friday evening.

Each of the counts carries a sentence from 3 to 7 years, the VHS tape that Michael Avenatti gave to authorities last week showed Kelly having sex with a girl who looks 14-years-old with both Kelly and the girl referring to her body and genitals as being 14-years-old.
