NO FAMILY EVER RECEIVES A BILL FROM ST. JUDE

Little Emilio Gravez of Normal, Illinois, was diagnosed with a Stage IV Neuroblastoma at age 3 and 1/2, and was quickly sent for treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. Even though incredible efforts were made, Emilio passed away less than 12 months later. Christine Gravez, mother to Emilio and Isabel Gravez, comes in to our building to tell the story of Emilio EVERY YEAR during our annual Radiothon, because she has faith that someday soon, St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital will discover a cure for the same kind of cancer that took Emilio from us. It is that strength of hope that inspired me to become a non stop Partner In Hope, making a donation every month in the name of Emilio and all the other parents who grieve for the children they outlive.
