Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood is back in jail, facing another domestic battery charge.

The 29-year-old reality star was taken into custody Friday in Indiana after she assaulted her boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, police records indicate. Portwood was holding her 1-year-old son when she committed the assault, according to police.

Portwood’s arrest marks the latest chapter in a string of domestic violence-related incidents, which began in 2010 when she was found guilty of slapping and choking ex-fiance Gary Shirley in front of their then-toddler. She was arrested again the following year when she was caught with drugs while on probation and sentenced to five years in prison. After the sentence was suspended in a plea deal, she returned to jail for skipping a court hearing — and decided to stay there for five years, rather than attend drug counseling. She was released after serving two.
